““I have had the opportunity of working with City Creek Construction and their project management team over the last 10+ years, and on two significant projects recently. One project included major renovations of over 20,000 square feet of office space. The other was the demolition of part of our existing office building and new construction of an 8,000 square foot, two-story expansion connecting to the southeast side of our building.
Both projects required significant coordination to minimize the impact to our daily operations. One of the most impressive elements of our new entry is the circular staircase constructed out of plate steel and hardwood. The staircase was incredibly challenging to construct. The structural steel stringers on both sides are one continuous piece extending from the concrete slab on the main level to the floor system above.
Remodels can be very challenging with lots of unknowns. Despite these inherit difficulties, City Creek’s project managers were able to finish our projects within the needed time frames and budgets. We are extremely pleased with the final work product City Creek Construction provided us. They have become a trusted partner and we would use them again without hesitation.
